After a dismal 8-23 (6-10 in MEAC) record in the 08-09 season of Howard basketball, I hope to improve this team into a consistent contender. While it will be hard to build with 5 players leaving after this season, we do have 7 freshmen that can make an immediate impact. This team will not rely on their offensive skills, but rather a tenacious defense. A 3-2 defense ran to perfection will win this team many games.
