NBA 2k12 Association

This is a blog on my NBA 2k12 Association. I have started over several times but I'm making this my last time re-starting! I will be using the Official Sim Roster, along with the associated draft class. I will also be using Tomba's Final Sliders, although he said he would be posting updated ones today so I may be using those. I will be doing a 58 game season with either the Knicks, the Jazz or the Celtics. Stay tuned for more info!

Game 2 - 76ers at Pistons

76ers 102 - Pistons 93 (OT)

Such an exciting game! Too bad I couldn't pull it off in OT. I just couldn't find the flow in the 4th quarter and allowed the 76ers to go on a 14-1 run to take a 5 point lead with 3 minutes left in the game. The end of regulation was crazy! Down by 2 with 20 seconds, I missed a layup with Stuckey and the 76ers controlled the rebound and took a timeout. I just played my first game as well:

Game 1

Rockets 79 - Pistons 88

I came out firing out of the gate, taking a 24-13 lead early, behind 14 points from Tayshaun Prince. Houston battled back to be down one at the end of the first half, until Brandon Knight sank a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give me a four point lead at the half. Just started my Pistons Association. I ran 3 drills, Rebound and Post with Monroe, and Shooting with both Jerebko and Knight, and I failed all 3! I'm using the Official Sim Roster with the updated 2k Community Edit sliders (gamespeed at 40), and the associated draft class. I'll be playing 12 minute quarters and a 58 game season.
