Xtreme Football League looking for a GM.

An opening in a league with a great commissioner and a good bunch of guys.

League is gearing up for their free agent and rookie drafts very soon. This won't be available very long.

So I am real new to this game. Any suggestions as to where I can find solid resources to help me learn the ins and outs. I know there are some You Tube videos but these are mediocre at best (of what I have found) and dated. Can anyone point me to a place I can get get info?
