Settings/Sliders that impact salaries.

Besides the Contract Sliders themselves, I'm looking for a setting under each individual player that can impact the salary they get without making drastic changes to his overall. I have it set where about 70 percent of the players I can agree on them getting a certain amount, but some just don't seem right.

The only things I have found so far is:

1) Intangibles
2) Potential
3) Durability

I know age can be a big one as well, but I don't want to make that change.

This is why I wish "marketability" was an editable trait for players. I think that would be exactly what you're after.
