Play offense but SS Defense

Is there a slider set for this style of play? Playing offense but slow sim defense. I’ve definitely had some trouble coming up with a good one. It seems my run D is always too strong.

The problem is the same in Madden. You should be able to play offense on one difficulty level and defense on a different difficulty level. In Madden and on CFB.
