Web Tool for Managing Salary Caps, Player Re-Signings, FA Bidding for OL Franchise

I've been lurking here for sometime now, figured I would give something back to all the posters.

After getting fed-up myself and seeing everyone else's reactions to no changes to online franchise, I went out of my way to build a online web tool for league commissioners to manage the aspects that EA has left out.

Based on a bunch of interest I have already received, I am releasing beta version 3.0 soon that will enable anyone to create an instance of a league using my leagueManager tool. I'm already using it in my own online franchise and it's working out great, my league member love it.
