http://www.barcodegames.com/ is growing and pretty good. You always have Front Office Football as well.

http://deeproute.com is a tremendous football sim (I'm the developer!)

We have full salaries, awesome draft, 32 real humans in a league. Free Agency, tons of statistics, and attributes per player.

Full playbooks with real plays.

There's a lot of complexity in our game, but you're rewarded with a really deep sim experience.
