Hi Guys

I was wondering can you buy out of the park baseball 12 in stores? or is it only for digital download?

And If I bought through digital download and had to reformat my PC do I have to buy it again or do I just have to reactivate it again somehow?

You can only download it digitally.

I believe you should be able to reactivate it if you have the code. They should have emailed it to you when you purchased the game.

I've seen ootp 11 for sale in stores (wal-mart)so i imagine 12 would be as well.

do they constantly update the minor league and major league rosters to how they are in real life

I recently bought this game and I enjoy it very much.
I only play with fictional players. However if you go to the website:
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/
I am sure you will find those that have updated roster files that adjust player ratings as the year progress including the latest transactions. I'm not sure if there are any Minor League Updates though.
