OSBL - NBA 2K15 Blacktop Sim League (Need Owners)

Operation Sports Basketball League

League Basis
This league is a strategic parody of other Sim Leagues as only players with a 69 overall or lower are allowed to be used. The games are simulated via NBA Blacktop mode three versus three. Each team is required to have a guard, forward, and a center. There will be a ten game regular season, championship tournament, player accolades, coaching accolades, free agency, and an OSBL Draft. Articles, storylines, and such will be provided. Managing a team will not require daily attention.


Game Simulation
The games will be simulated on Blacktop mode on NBA 2K15. The settings will be default (Pro). It is very basic.

Players
Each draft class's members are randomly selected using a generator. Some players may not be available for a long time. I also have randomly assigned them potentials anywhere from a rare -5 from original overall to +5 from original overall. Also, when they will retire. This is all managed by me and hopefully adds a realistic feel to the league.

Regular Season
The first season will start with eight teams. There will be two conferences of four. Each team will play each time twice, however, a team will play its conference foes three times. The tenth game will not be decided after game nine (to help tiebreakers and such).

Post Season
The top two teams from both conference will make the playoffs. The same simulation rules apply. The winners of their conferences move onto the title game where the champion is named in a one game match.

Off Season
The two teams with the lowest records must participate in the draft and free agency. The next two teams who did not make the playoffs will have the option to chose between the draft or free agency. The conference runner ups will be allowed the option of free agency but no draft. The final two teams must make no changes.
