Hinkleyy a American born ex-player has decided to retire from playing the game he loves and transition into a managerial role. Even though having no former experience as a coach he was offered multiple jobs from around the world because of his expansive knowledge of the game. Even though he was sent offers from his home nation he has decided that his first team he will be taking over his Derby County in the EFL Championship. As the team has decided to part ways with current manager. Hinkleyy takes over an experienced team but a team that has some older guys. The key this season is for Hinkleyy to get a good young core before moving on to the Premier League next season.
