error since update with Auction House - error a40c9996

Since yesterday evening (9/29/18), have been having a tough time getting into and staying in the auction house as well as MyTeam. Most times I receive this error: a40c9996.



Have cleared cache and restarted Xbox One which seemed to work. Then, after trying to find players in order to list players for auction, it happened again. I get the message after seeing the "busy ball" in lower right corner. Then kicked out/disconnected back to main 2K menu.



Put in ticket with 2K but haven't heard back.


Trying to see if anyone else having same issue and any workarounds.

I been getting same on PS4. I can't even enter into MyTeam at all because of it.

I couldn’t get in my team at all until clearing cache but that worked until started messing with auction house. Jammed up and error code arrived.
