Is WWE 2k20 worth $18?

It is on sale on the PSN Store right now. Deluxe edition. The initial reviews seemed to make it sound like a terrible game. Has it gotten better with patches?

I haven't played a WWE game in like 8 years.

I bought it... and it won’t even start.
Stuck on the loading screen; restored licenses, rebooted the PS4 Pro - nothing. 😐

I bought it, works fine on regular ps4. Downloaded some CC, no problems. Played singles and tag and no freezes so far.

I was only going to buy this game when it was on sale and since it was on sale ($18) I bought the Deluxe Edition for the PS4. No problems so far.
