QoTD: Each NBA team has a "franchise" tag like the NFL that prevents a player from taking their talents to another team. They make 200% of the normal max contract, but their salary only counts for the normal max amount against the cap.

QOTD: For soccer in an effort to increase the scoring I would add Penalty Shots after every 3 fouls a team commits.

QOTD: A set salary for each draft position (or round?) in the NFL. I hate seeing teams spend a crap load of money on a player who has never seen a play in the NFL (aka JaMarcus Russell) and then they can't afford to pay a veteran, fan-favorite player the money he deserves to make and so he is let go. I think it'd also keep these 22 year olds from having more money than they can handle and from getting into trouble (aka Pacman Jones). A bad 1st round pick (or picks) can cripple a franchise for years.

QOTD: For College Football I would love to see an early signing period, I get tired of kids changing schools during the recruiting process. The celebration rule is another rule that the NCAA needs to loosen up on. It`s okay to show some emotion.

QOTD: When the NFL utilizes instant replay, they should let the Refs be able to get the call right on the field.
Just an example, (not griping because I am a cowboy fan just one that comes immediately to mind) GB v Dallas in Green Bay, The play where the cowboys fumbled 2 times on the same play, but on the second fumble Felix Jones had both elbows down before being stripped. and Green Bay recovered it.
The Refs said that they can review the initial fumble, but not the second because it was considered part of the "play". So the way it was ruled on the field stood because the second fumble on the play was not reviewable. Instant replay should allow the refs to get the call right, there shouldn't be limitations on what you can and cant review on a given play. If we are going to have a stoppage to the game because of replay. Calls need to be made correctly. lol

Playstation Move. I still don't know if I should get it or not. Might trade the wii for it. Even though the move don't have any good games yet.

QOTD: NFL adds college style overtime but start at the 40 or 50 yd line instead of 25.
