I truly don’t understand the mindset of some of the new users we have around here the past couple years. Just constant complaining and needlessly searching for perfection. It’s like they all believe the sliders will suddenly fix every single facet of the game. Too many comments with an underlying attitude and sense of entitlement.

Imo the game is playing about as well as we could hope. There’s challenge and variance in gameplay; an actual tactical back and forth can happen. Works well for small and big clubs. And it’s quite easy to adjust the base difficulty or specific attributes to tweak the challenge based on your league, playing style, or personal ability.

Thanks to Matt and everyone who helped. I know it’s a mostly thankless task, but I have appreciated it for over a decade now; even though I too complain sometimes. But y’all are the reason my 1860 Munich RTG is even working halfway well.

And I like how they made the game head, you can score with your head, but less often than before, increase your skill.

I had a quick couple of matches on my QPR save last night.

The game doesn't seem to be very different to me at first glance since that last update.

I have tried using a different camera and that's also surprised me at how much the game itself feels different to play. I'm now using Tactical camera on default settings whereas I used to use Tele on lowest height and full zoom.

Had 2 very technical and tactical games, a very close 1-0 win over Swansea which I nabbed on 82 minutes and a 2-0 win over Norwich.

I am however noticing I'm finding it a little easier than I probably should still though. I'm unbeaten with QPR. The games aren't too easy but the AI isn't creating or taking enough chances. I think I'll have to lower the shot error more again as when they do they punt the ball wide or over a lot for one. I'm finding I can close them down and press them very well all over the pitch though.

Here are a few shots from my current career mode.

The CPU is not particularly dangerous in attack (not part of the videos), but above all super passive in defense. In the clips you can see that I sometimes get into the penalty area without being disturbed. However, I assume that this problem can definitely not be solved with the sliders, but simply remains a general problem with EA FC 25.

Only one of those was off of a corner, and both were CPU. My issue from day one has been with corners. It feels like a complete waste of time to do anything other than short pass out of a corner.
