I highly doubt that every single person in the world that has MLB 2k8 is just waiting to come on Operation Sports or 2k forums to verify that they have the patch.

The only way you are going to believe that a patch has been put out is when you download it for yourself.

no i believe its released i just dont believe this one guy with 7 posts has it yet. Who says they have it and leaves a general statement like the framerate is a little better and they throw more balls. EMC if you have it can you be a little more specific please???

the game is alot more playable with default settings
even though you can still notice the bad framerate
