What is it with these damn developers and their patches!? my god EA Sports need to stop *** grabbing and start doing their damn jobs right.

Dang, I didn't think it was possible to add field degragation and cpu sliders in a patch/dlc (cuz of next-gen football games being tricky n such to produce/program). hope everything comes to fruition cause I know I speak for everyone here, as long as we get patches to make the game that much more enjoyable and fun. Everyone is happy. Just hope if we do get cpu sliders that they won't be broken like I heard people in here say about NCAA. And they don't get delayed cuz of something coming up......

not to be dumb but what is dlc? and will the game lag on ps3 online play like 08 does? i have the highest internet speed possible with 100% signal on my router and still lags.

Can't help you with th ePS# online question, but DLC is DownLoadable Content. They did something similar with alternate uniforms a couple years ago.

Well yeah, "perfect" is a bit of an exaggeration, but I learned a long time ago to lower my expectations when it comes to sports games because they were never going to be met. I put up with a lot more minor imperfections than I used to.

Developers are never going to get it spot on first time

Halo 3 got patched, CoD4 got patched, all major PC games get patched

Patches have been applied to games since PC games.
