Can anyone tell me why is it taking so long for patch #2 to be released if its already finished? Who is to blame for the hold up?

Have they announced any info on the DLC sim pack thing discussed in the first page. It was a maybe....anyone know if its been scraped or will it be made available. I'd like some CPU sliders and accelerated clock.

Just got prompted for a pretty hefty size patch.

EDIT - no idea what it was for, but it's not the patch, no Favre stats.

EDIT 2 - weird, got one for NCAA 09 as well. Must be an EA thing.
