Well I think we can almost guarantee that Chris Lytle will be in the game considering his banner had an ad for the game on it. You wouldn't think he'd have that ad if he wasn't in the game.

Oh yeah. There is a long list of fighters that are known to be in the game but havent been officially confirmed by the UFC and THQ. Just off the top of my head I've seen proof that Guida, Lauzon, Kampmann, Kongo, and Saunders will be in the game.

But now it seems with each show they are announcing 2 new fighters before each show and showing video of their characters in the game. They'll probably just do GSP and BJ though since they are the main event.

I don't think anyone should expect full sim, but we can't get a whole lot from this because Dana, Bisping, and all the others we've seen play don't know crap about controls...

It's like watching a NBA 2k cheeser play on video and making a decision on the game off of that.

1. I think this game is sim.
2. The reason it looks arcade like is because the peeps playin arent good. None of them seem to realize they need to block
3. This has 10x more depth than previous UFC games. I have seen some many different positions and transtions.
4. there are over 80 fighters...being that Fitch was almost fired for not being in the game i would assume that all top contenders are in this game.


There is no reason not to think that this game is going to be awsome.

Also, keep in mind. No videogame perfectly simulates ANY sport and MMA is probably the most complicated of all sports. So some aspects of the sport are not going to be perfectly simulated. But I think the general feel of MMA is clearly there.

When is this game coming out...is there a release date yet

btw, there is a 'create-a-fighter' feature. Not sure if you can play with him in career mode, though.
