Hearing is one thing and there have been things said that peeks my interest. The only problem is, I have heard it all before. I don't trust EA and what they say. I want to see actual game footage of people outside EA playing this game. E3 is always smoke screens and mirrors. IGN, Game Pro, and other sites are just propaganda avenues for EA to market their crap.

Seeing is sometimes believing and EA has shown nothing. And please don't say the Flexbone because those videos were garbage.

IMHO, EA owes loyal fans of this game more than just secrets they haven't told us. They owe video coverage of the game. I am pissed at EA. I feel that they ripped me off with 09. They aren't going to give me my $60.00 back which they should. So SHOW me something I can SEE to make me believe this game is worth buying.

Don't buy it then!

Exactly

So many people on here complain about every little thing. I still don't believe how the devs come in here with all this BS.

My order of trust for NCAA Football 10:

1 - Myself
2 - Anyone other than EA
3 - EA

stick with #1...you'll be much better off in the long run.

The reason I say that is because game critics provide us with their opinion based on what they are looking for in the game, which may or may not be similar to mine.

Don't read that first paragraph in the quote. J-Unit kind of misquoted it. The first paragraph is what the IGN guy wrote and OMT had that in italics. The second paragraph is what OMT responded with (see my current sig).

I am on a wait and see approach to this game. I will listen to the handful of people that matter (Rhombic, Pastapadre, and several others) then make a decision. I may rent the game, but really don't want to waste $5.00 on another EA product if I don't have to.

Then people will start getting very angry (just a prediction)...
but even watching a gameplay video isnt enough to judge something off. You gotta actually play the game and see how it feels. A video shows you 1-3 mins of action as opposed to when you play the game and play for hours at a time as well as multiple games so you get a feel for how it plays.

the mistake your making is listening to what others say. Im not saying the game will be great but to just go by what other people say doesnt always work because they might be more critical than you would normally be, they might enjoy different things, they might be expecting different things. What those guys say isnt gospel, its simply their opinion. You're better off renting it (wow a whole $5 good heavens) and trying it out yourself to see if you really like it.
