I think this will be the last video I allow myself to watch. Thanks, Steve, for putting them up. But it's just depressing. It's really sad when a whole team of developers spent a year on this product, and you really have to watch closely to try to pick out any positives. I don't know about you guys, but if I was given a year to take a product and improve it as much as I was capable of doing so, I would want the positives to constantly jump out at the someone viewing my final product.

- Swivel running looks absolutely bizarre, and anyone that has ever watched football (or any sport with non-linear running) should be turned off by this immediately. The game has no sense of realistic momentum/physics.
- Defensive line pressure has not improved one single iota. This might be the saddest part of all, since this was the number one thing on everyone's wishlist way back in July (or even sooner, considering the Community Day reports of 09). A forced pocket forming doesn't make much difference considering it's just that, forced, and not based on improved DE AI.
- Short to medium bullet passes in this game are traveling probably faster than 80 mph. That's ridiculous. The strongest arms in NFL history (like Favre or Elway in their prime) could probably throw the ball between 70-75. And yet here we have average college passers throwing balls (without even stepping into the pass sometimes) that look like MLB fastballs. I mean, seriously, four years into the current generation of consoles, and they can't even properly adjust something as simple as pass speed?

Looks like another year of playing against a lot of 3-3-5 and Quarters "Show Blitz" online, since those defenses screw with the blocking AI and can stop the pass and the run efficiently, while defenses like the 4-3 are pretty much worthless all the way around.
