I dunno, it looks to me like he makes a pushing motion off the right leg to make another save attempt. Hard to really tell with the camera being behind the net but at any rate even if its not 100% perfect its still a huge step up over 09 imo.

That second save looked perfectly normal to me and that's what I would expect a real life save to look like, in that situation. It appeared as though Luongo was getting back up when he went into the split save.

Yeah finally that EA's goalies are looking to be as good as 2k's I wonder if theres even going to be a reason to look at 2k10.

Sorry but I have not played 2k since NHL2k3,which is quite simply the best hockey game I have ever played!!

IF this type of save is in 2k now does that mean EA have lied in saying "this save has never been seen in a video game before"? I know that 2k's goalies are much better and there are better animations but is there actually an animation where a goalie turns and bats the puck away?
