I thought this review very well done and thoroughly thought out. I lament the fact that as I pass in to my forties. quick reactions on my part consist of a 168 year-old turtle on triple dose valiums. However, as a professional sportswriter, and even games editor for a major network in the late nineties-2000's, I truly enjoyed a comprehensive look and feel of the product at hand. You keep it up, Mr. Roark. You have talent I do not see in other writers here at OS. Truly outstanding.

Nba live 09 plays more sim than people think. Prolly more sim than 2k9 this year. Ok back to the review. I don't think i would play this game if i bought it alot but the Demo is really fun

Man, if I wasn't so into The Show on PSP right now, I'd probably get this one ASAP.
Oh hell, I may have to get this one anyways. This seems like a killer title for play on Live.

I played the original a few games on Wii and tried the PS3 demo out. I'm sure it is a fun game for those who are into arcade style games, but it just wasn't for me. I'm more of a sim gamer and like the Show a lot better for my baseball gaming needs.

NBA Live is nowhere near SIM ask the guys that get paid to play the sport the one they prefer and they will tell you 2K is way more realistic than Live.

I haven't went out and bought this title but am in love playing the demo of it. For three innings only I still get into the game and see myself playing in over and over again.

I will though have to pick it up and run a season on it. Great write-up!

i heard the bigs was good and baseball pinball is absolutely awesome!!!
