I've been so out of the loop with madden games these past few years. but im having some great fun.. This one play sorta killed that buzz I was having. I NEEDED THIS TOUCHDOWN and thought I had it.

Is this the norm? Is it the ratings taking into effect here? Animation hiccups?

ALL PRO settings. Running on all pro has been anything but easy. The video above may show why its the way it is.. If its one thing I hate out of all games is how a CPU may "cheat" its way to victory. AZ RB (me) runs quickly as he gets the handoff, then suddenly WAITS for the cpu steeler defender to tackle him. Is this a player control issue on my end. I'm not posting this to downgrade the game or anything like that. just to get some answers. I had the blockers and I had some speed going on the initial handoff, then he just waits for the hit. I didnt stop the instant replay. its still going.. I know this sort of cpu ai is in every other sports games. maybe its something I need to get used to against the CPU?

Actually the NHL is the fastest (NFL fastest football), but I get what you are trying to say. I didn't have a problem with the speed though.

Haha, same happened to me except it was an extra point! lol

The ball warped through my stomach and back into the blocking hand and just snagged it out of the air. Beautiful.

Absolutely. I think it all starts with gameplay. Once that is fine tuned and running properly than add all the bells and whistles that you want. But first and foremost is GAMEPLAY.

all i know is rogers-cromartie picks me off every time i use the steelers and larry fitzgerald get injured every time i use the cardinals.

oh and 3 times i have seen chris wells get 3 guys on him, then he breaks out and scores.
