The reason for that is because the super sim doesn't account for accelerated clock. It'll run a whole 12 minutes of plays instead of 12 minutes + 20 second accelerated clock or whatever you use.. It's crazy.

Im having the same issue, I know I have the patch because it has AFL Legacy Mode as an option for me at the menu, and also I have the broadcast camera.

I have yet to notice any difference gameplay from the update. Im highly dissappointed right now.

Great patch so far..i decided to delete everything that i had from madden saves on my hdd..just to feel better and then i got the patch downloaded. So far so good..i mean yeah its still not perfect but its starting to look like more of a polished madden10..not saying its "polished" but this patch#1 has done some good for sure. I think the real changes will be made with patch#2 obviously but this will hold me down a bit.

Now i got something to tinker with this weekend as far as adjust new sliders lol...oh brother, this is gonna be a fun weekend tweaking my baby. Hey the AFL pack is freaking awesome..holy crap!

im guessing that CPU throwing the ball everytime before he gets sacked hasnt been adressed? or the CPU throwing the ball right after the snap everytime you press??

Practice Mode impressions:

Pursuit seems better, Man Coverage seems better, and blocking is definitely better.
Okay, so, the blockers block better. But, surprisngly, the defenders aren't dumbed down (no need to change any of my sliders!!). The elite LB's still get through quick enough on Pro level defensive settings, and play according to their ratings. As others have said, the game seems smoother now.
And in conjunction with better blocking, now I can run and juke up the middle more, and look for more holes. Also Very Fast speed seems a bit slower. I thought it was good before, except the passing was just a bit too fast. So, I like it being just a tad slower, but with slower running also, it almost seems very near Fast speed. I think alot more people will prefer it now, who were using Fast speed. Perhaps every speed is a bit slower. I love it even more now!
If I'm not mistaken, I think EA put a slight delay on runners coming out of the backfield-which is great as well! Since there are no true acceleration physics in the game, they have to do the best with this engine. So, I welcome the delay!!! The game overall feels more realistic!!!
