One thing i can say that everybody likes, is the little stuff. Like uniforms ,shoes, and gear, i like the dirty uniforms that have come, but one thing that i would like to see is even dirtier uniforms if in muddy or just a hard hitting game: Make the numbers dirty , if your running back is running his legs off make one of his socks slide down, and if i quaterback gets hit hard enough make there shoulder pads come out of jerseys, aslo another little thing is the clarity, if your playing at oregon, then the turf should look so green that it looks like your in the stands, if its artifical turf then when someone is running make the dirt come up, or turf. The last thing i would like to see is add double hitting like when if some one is getting wraped up then someone else can come detroy him. thats all

One thing I can say is, no. Granted, I may not be "everybody" when it comes to those things as I rarely create a player, and even more rarely edit anything as far as roster goes. I adjust my depth chart, use the formation subs, recruit and play. Every so often I will change my schedule to get rid of a FCS game.
I understand why these things are wanted, it creates an experience that you can immerse yourself in. However, I never find myself wishing shoulder pads came out of jerseys, or watching a guy pull his socks up. Now that I think of it, yeah, it'd be cool. But at what cost? There are other things that need to be fixed/added/subtracted that more directly affect gameplay/dynasty/RTG.
See my post on this thread's first page to see what I would like to be fixed/added. But one thing I forgot to mention in that post is subtractions, specifically Season Showdown and Road to Glory. SS is a ridiculous thing that penalizes unfairly while contributing nothing (or very little) to the average, hardcore player. RTG has been broken for so long, I think it's just time to scrap it all together. If EA decides to bring it back in '13 or after, with drastic changes (like competent play calling) I may give it another shot.
And, to not sound like a complete bag as far as customizing things go, I wouldn't mind a universal editor to give everyone high socks, same shoes, etc. I've created maybe three prospects this year, and don't change anything other than height, weight and attributes. The only thing I change in roster edit is numbers if I switch a position (I like uniformity).
