When I create High School teams, I dont need to worry about the Roster since they dont transfer anyway correct?

So the Alt. Pants won't make it into RTG? My school's home pants are a different color than their away pants.

You can edit the rosters for your RTG schools. All I did was use a template based on our offense and modified ratings based on who our best players was. Our rival had a RB that's going to Iowa, so he'll probably be the best RB in my RTG conference haha.

Definitely digging how my High School team looks, custom logos make a big difference. Never used them before this year. Can't wait for the 12th

just finished up my Uni's fro back in the day and I think I got them as close as I could minus the fact the logo on the helmet is a tad smaller than it should be.

That away picture is supposed to be our away pants but it looks like it won't make it in, if NCAA 12 only transfers the primary pants.
