If you wanted realistic you would be watching 2 hours of commercials while they play 4 mins in a 4 hour game.

Everything in the Madden 12 demo looks good…..

except for the player models. Too fat and cartoon-looking. Player models look out of place when compared to the other visual upgrades done to this game. For the first time, the player models of NCAA Football 12 look better (more defined, taller, and more slender) then the ones in Madden 12.

To me, it works both ways, it's just opinions and it's subjective.

Let's put it this way, 85% of this thread has been positive towards the demo. Maybe 5 to 10% are in the middle. Society tends to dig a bit deeper if you are in the minority opinion wise.

That's my take, don't know if I'm right or wrong, just my opinion.
I wasn't complaining about anything. It's just something I see and I always wondered why people reply to negativity that way but extreme positivity gets a different response. I don't have a problem with anyone's opinion, and I wasn't trying to start a fight or anything. Just being curious.

It appears to me that the broadcast cam looks better on NCAA

LOL...You don't get it. Adjusting the time will only skew the stats even further. I mean if 5 min qtrs, because of so many big plays, yields an entire game of stats, then adjusting the qtrs to 15 mins is going to produce 3 games worth of stats IN ONE GAME. Hope your now seeing what I'm getting at.

Yeah, there's an intelligent response. Really, they only play 4 minutes worth of football in an NFL game? Come back when you have something reasonable.

I enjoyed the Demo more than I enjoyed the Madden 11 demo and I ended up liking Madden 11.

The demo was really fun, defense for first time in a while felt fun.
I'm not sure if its because of all the new tackle animations, or the improvements in zone defense, or the better pass rush and the ability to now be able to sack the computer QB.

Running game also felt a lot better also, and passing is a lot harder to do this year with the improved zone defense.

Things I didn't like though were, some of the player faces are still off. And a lot look the same as last year.
They need to redo the fields next year, the blotchy spotty look is really ugly and stands out imo more this year.
The colors for the jerseys and the player models are spot on, but the Field kills the beauty of the graphics imo.

I thoroughly enjoyed the demo. No second thoughts about this one, day-one buy for me.
