It probably all comes down to licensing issues, but don't call them legends if they aren't actually legends. Roenick and Salming? Not sure they're up to that standard. Great players don't equal legends.

Mike Bossy, Bobby Orr, Joe Sakic, Mark Messier, Pavel Bure, Al MacInnis, Robitaille, Gilmour.... I could list 100 names, that should've come before Roenick and Salming, but oh well. In my opinion you need to win to be a legend. Roenick never won anything and couldn't stay on a team at the end of his career because of his attitude.

Having three 100pt seasons in the mid-90's, then doing almost nothing after that isn't all that good. Everybody got 100pts in the 90's lol

I argued Pavel Bure probably didn't deserve it, but he's much more deserving than Roenick in my opinion. They should've picked guys for their great attributes. MacInnis for his cannon, Bure for his speed, Gretzky for his passing, Scott Stevens for his hitting. Orr, Coffey for their skating.

Anyways, I probably won't be using these guys much anyways, still can't believe this is what we were all waiting for.

That would be lame. Kind of insult to injury, 90% of the hardcore people are extremely underwhelmed by the announcement, and now make them pay for all of it.

That will be why they added JR,.....so he can fight with Roy.

Howe and Lemieux are the final two. I kind of wish they had enough for a whole team.

What is the point of having these guys? Just to put on a team of current players? Kind of defeats the purpose of Legends mode.
