I think Valanciunas, Motiejiunas, and Mirotic are staying overseas, so they won't be added. And Biyombo is practicing, but still dealing with his contract issue. So, we can expect 5 more 1st-round rookies to be added. Biyombo would make 6.

I have read that the Raptors are trying to buyout Valanciunas' contract so he could play this year, so we could see him added later.
