I accidentally put in an age under 13 years old because I was trying to get out of the screen quickly, and now I can't go online or do anything. Is there anyway to get around this?

Please verify my account. I have had to make a new username for 2k12 for PS-3 on my 5th time. I've gone on the site, NBA2k.com to verify on 3 different user names. My current user name for 2k is:

Please verify my account too as i have to type in my screen name and password and select my my2k avatar to log into my my2k account to play online on the ps3. It tells me my My2k account is expired and to prevent this in the future make sure to confirm your email address with 2ksports after creating your my2k account. Well I have confirmed my email address several times now and still have this problem. Can somebody please help me fix this annoying issue.
