I don't understand why this isn't something EA doesn't spend more time fixing.

I would like to say maybe it's because of the level in Demo....but that excuse gets pretty old because it's been this way every year regardless of the level we play on.
Which has me once again thinking I'll be blowing out the #1 Georgia Techs of the world just because of their offense. Hope that's not the case.

They looked alright during my games. TCU's was dominating, but at the same time I really don't know how the second half went because I only got 1 update on it the second half during my 3rd quarter.

I saw updates from 4 or 5 games as I played. I'm pretty sure every qb ended up with sub 50% completions.

Still can't throw the ball out in front of the receiver tho. Just tried and pressed the stick up. But it lead him to the left..

Stanford's QB 16-36
Colorado's QB 14-29
Nebraska's QB 14-29
Michigan State's QB 12-26

There's still no footplating, but you can't really zig-zag too much now. At least, not with LSU's running back. Maybe it's different for players with higher athleticism ratings.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Demo Is Out, Post Your Impressions Here

After one game USC me vs Oregon cpu.

Matt Barkley has Terry Bradshaw's hairline. I know it can be fixed and it isn't supposed to be the actual guy but, they've always had too many balding college guys.

Sound is better. Way better EQ'd. Sounds fine coming out of TV speakers. Last year I would have to lower the volume a lot compared to where I would have it normally.

Commentary is essentially the same. Rece Davis' updates are too frequent but, not too intrusive.

Put me in the camp of the colors seeming a little dark and washed out. I'd have to put in 12 to see if it's different or not. Not bad but, it doesn't pop like Madden last year (even though I found some of their colors to be almost cartoony).

Line play seems to be touched up a bit. D-line moves work. I usually play as a lineman though so, I don't know what kind of rush you'll get without manually controlling.

At first I was concerned my defense was overpowered. Pick six and 2 forced fumbles. Oregon later settled down.

Oregon's QB had success on a read keeper. QB/RB exchange is WAY faster and QB got out really fast. QB also scrambled a lot. Barner had some positive yards on the ground. I kept everything balanced so I don't know if I had gone aggressive whether or not they could move the ball.

Some new animations. Tackles feel better. Hit stick seems more responsive for low tackles.

Cpu runners didn't really attempt any moves. Did break tackles though. Jukes and moves are still not responsive enough imo.

Honestly didn't use too much trajectory or throw open any receivers. I should have thrown one pick but, the cpu defender just stood there. Dumbed down to not seem super?
