I really think I am going to enjoy playing Madden 13 for the entire year and I really can't wait to see where they take this next year. I have always said as long as they went big change this year, I could overlook the guaranteed growing pains. I am so excited even about having new issues this year instead of the same legacy ones. lol

I will gladly be a part of the Q&A/bug testing community this year fpr Madden 13 so with Madden 14 we can all be in NFL nirvana. Great job so far EA/Tiburon, can't wait to take this baby for a test drive.

Sounds great, but I think the lack of PI calls is a mistake on EA's part. I think a priority on all penaltys should have been a priority along time ago. It's a part of football as much as field goals, safety's and really anything else!

I fully agree and I am glad that there seems to truly be a foundation for representing penalties far more realistically now with this new engine. I always felt in the past, the reason DPI had been so toned down was due to the way the player interacted with all the sliding/warping/suction. Now with these RTP based system, penalties and injuries should began to see much more attention to detail going forward. I also highly expect there will be considerable AI upgrades next year as well, circa NHL and FIFA.

I love the way things are really shaping up to not just be thrown in the game but represented NFL authentic. It is an exciting new era for football games, imo.
