Once you go to roster share, select download. Then select specify gamertag and enter the gamertag of the roster you want to download. You don't need to have them as a friend to download them.

It's under team management and then download roster.

So is there any consensus on which roster is the best so far? I want to get a offline dynasty underway doesn't have to be perfect still looking forward to community rosters!!!!!
