NCAA Football 13 Rosters - Until OS Community Rosters Are Complete, Updated as Needed

Did the guys edit rating in the OS community rosters? Or are they just edits of names, numbers and stuff? I thought I had read they were editing ratings, but saw no mention of it in their release post.

For obvious reasons it would not be an easy task to adjust ratings. Who really knows how good these kids are and who has improved during the offseason? Especially for 120 teams....

for some reason any gamertag I enter for xbxo 360 says that they don't have a roster uploaded... I just got a new xbox so that's why i'm trying to download them in October... are they still available for download?
