all you need is an EA account, which you can sign up for free

+1 to needing an offline file. I have no way of hooking my xbox up to the internet right now, and a couple of days ago when I took it to a friend's to download rosters I kept getting an error when signing up with an 'origin' account through EA, so it would make life easy if someone could help me and the other people out.

For us WVU fans, I have been working on it for a long time but finally finished it up. I downloaded this roster and made WVU as accurate as possible including equipment, height & weight, names, looks, and ratings as I do every year.
