You're welcome.
I seen that before but I didn't notice the document popping up when I clicked on it and it directed me to that page of 4 ratings listed. So yes I did read the first post.....-_-

Yup...absolutely ridiculous...

Dude might not be more than a taxi squad QB, but I'm sure he can "make all (or most) of the NFL throws" or he wouldn't still be in the league...

I always thought it should be based on aiming at a particular point, whether that be the receiver or a spot on the field and the rating dictating how accurate the player is at hitting that mark. Also with other variables like pressure and weather modifying the rating according to AWR and DPP. However I doubt that's how accuracy works in Madden and I would be interested to know how others think it actually does.

My THEORY is that the overall accuracy combines with the short, medium and deep accuracy ratings to determine success...

For example:

Romo's overall ACC is 88

Short is 90

Medium is 84

Deep is 90

When "averaging" the overall with the S/M/D his ratings "adjust" to:

88+90 divided by 2 = 89 (short)

88+84 divided by 2 = 86 (medium)

88+90 divided by 2 = 89 (deep)

It might make "too much sense", but that's the way I BELIEVE it was meant to work / works...

As far as the deep accuracy issues N51_Rob describes:

I believe in the past 2-3 iterations of the game, deep ball completion is really a product of "pinpoint pressure" on the button and the WR having position or a step on the defender...as well as when in the route you release the ball...

It was intended to make it tougher (fine by me), but really ended up make it kind of "arbitrary"...

I went from not being able to hit the broad side of a barn (deep) with 'Skins Crompton, (low overall ACC / nice deep ball rating) by focusing on the above...

With NBA Live 10 rosters we were able to sneak rosters from one file to the next through USB saves by copying and pasting the roster data but keeping the profile name the same. I wonder if we edited the rosters but then copied the roster data over to an official EA roster file if we would be able to cheat the system and do this? Maybe EA has blocked this or it's not possible in Madden but I'd like to see if it's possible.
I wasn't aware of this for LIVE, so if you know how to make this happen, you're going to be MVP of this year's rosters, Sir!

PLEASE keep us posted!!!

Just because they won multiple SBs shouldn't automatically make them have better accuracy than they really do.

And they made RG3 an absolute BEAST! 97 THP and the fifth highest deep accuracy in the game at 88. Not to mention 93 SPD. He will be abused online.

Don't get me wrong, I think RG3 will be legit in real life but those ratings are a bit high and would make him a top 5 QB right now if you take out AWR which is meaningless. And don't understand why his DAC is so much higher than Cam's (75 DAC) who has actually proved good deep accuracy at the NFL level. He's also higher than Vick (84 DAC) who pretty much only throws deep strikes to Desean.

It's nice that they're releasing the full ratings before the game releases though.
So basically you have no idea what you're talking about? Got it.

Tebow rated higher than Brady Quinn makes me wanna absolutely throw up. Quinn is a far better passer than Tebow and the fact that Quinn never got his chance in Denver cause the fans wanted Tebow. He jumped into the starting role from the fans like it's a popularity contest. I really hope Quinn gets a fair chance one of these days. He hasn't since he got to the NFL, besides when he started 9 games or so for he Browns. That team was absolutely horrible and despite that Quinn didn't put up amazing numbers, but he did good considering who he had on that team.

Guess Jake Locker will be getting a boost or Hasselback taking a decrease since it looks like Locker will win the starting job in TEN, its now Lockers job to lose. I guess bc there similar passing, Lockers mobility and huge arm and there similar decision making gave him the edge

um no...As a Raiders fan I can't stand Tebow I think he is one of the most overrated players in sometime. Brady Quinn can't tie his shoes, Brady Quin can't tie any one shoes. Quinn is so bad I still think JaMarcus Russell is better. Tebow accomplished more in two game than Quinn has his whole career, Not that He won those game anymore's than the defense or Willis but I don't think Quinn could have managed those games good enough to win.

I can't believe no one has commented on this one yet!

I thought this would have sent the community into a rage.
