I just think people sometimes get lost in dunks and highlights
It like when people tell me shaq was a better center than hakeem and I tell them not only is hakeem is a better center but it pains me that nobody ever mentions him in the greatest players ever.

Smits would be just as much of a stiff today as he was then. Dwight's physicality is a plus to his game but so is Hibbert's height. You are doing nothing for your argument man. In the end results matter. Dwight is a better offensive player in every sense of the word.

So you being a laker fan do you think steve nash should be rated higher than tony parker

No I didn't mean Rose wasn't valuable, sorry of it sounded that way.. I was just saying that CP3 is more so.. The Bulls are still a good team without Rose, not title contention good, but last seed playoff good.. While I highly doubt the Clippers without CP3 are a playoff team and I can for damn sure tell you his Hornets team wouldn't be lol

It's debatable though.. To someone who values championships Shaq would be the better choice. It's all a matter of opinion..

To me you have - Russell, Kareem, Wilt, Hakeem, Shaq - those 5 in no particular order.. Those are the top 5 to ever play the game as a Center.. Depending how you would order them is personal preference.. After those 5 however it's a huge drop off to the next guy in..

I wouldn't go as far to say Hibbert is a better offensive player than Howard but it really isn't a land slide like the Lakers guy is saying.. First of all, the reason Howard's % is so high is because literally almost every basket he scores is a dunk either from a good pass or an offensive board.. The guy literally has no post game or go to moves.. He often looks like he doesn't even know what to do with the ball when he has it..

Seriously teams don't even have to double him that much, somebody that big and that gifted should demand a constant double team..

I would choose Howard over Hibbert of given the option but trying to make Howard out to be such a great offensive player is a complete joke..

And I don't think Al Jefferson will become the best or even top 3 big men in the league BUT offensively he probably is the best big man in the league.. Laugh all you want but to those who actually watch basketball and know the game outside of highlight reels and "Kobe is the ish, or Griffin is the best PF alive" know what I'm talking about..

- I know I've posted like 4 times in a row now, sorry I'm on here using my phone..

But even with the arguments I said above I still feel that Howard at 96 and Hibbert at an 86 are both overrated..

Marc Gasol is better than Roy Hibbert

I agree, outside of rebounding and blocking shots, Dwight is pretty average lol He has no real post game, cant shoot, and at this point only has the advantage due to his size and lack of talent in the rest of the NBA at the Center position. 92-94 is alright for Dwight since he is the best C in the game

Hibbert can be very good but right now I think the 86 is a bit generous
