By accessing the Roster Vault under Vaults inside one of the main menus in the game. Sort by popularity or amount of downloads and you should find the roster set pretty easily

Trying to download to work computer and flash drive it over to a system. The link in first post doesn't work and the other link in this thread is for a franchise (plan to use it for a fantasy draft).
