Why would you show something faster than full speed? That makes no sense to me. Maybe Im missing as to why you would ever want to show something faster than it would actually be. Now slo-mo I understand, but why fast forward?
Don't know but when I watch some of the clips with ball carrier it just looks speed up. Maybe its the video dropping frames. Cant put a finger on it , maybe its me but it looks different than I see on Sunday

Qb drop-back, animations, and releases look horrible, nothing close to realistic. The ball looks like it just shoots out of the Qb's hand instead of them throwing the ball. The Madden team has to notice that, they have to address it in Madden 15 because they just look ridiculous now.

Why do people say things like this??? There's no need for comments like these. You're saying that an animation involving THE MOST IMPORTANT POSITION ON THE FIELD does not matter? That's not even "small stuff", as you put it. And even if it was something small...it's small to YOU. If it's important to somebody else let them gripe about it. Just my advice to you.

Hopefully Clint Oldenburg sticks around for a while because the guy clearly "gets it". Line play is significantly improved, and for that I am thankful.

I wish the Madden team had somebody at every position on the field as knowledgeable and dedicated as Clint.

With that said, the rest of this game looks pretty much identical to this generation. MY BIGGEST ISSUE IN READING THE "TRUE STEP" BLOG IS THAT IS IS ONLY USED FOR THE BALL CARRIER"

We cannot have a realistic sports game without locomotion being fixed UNIVERSALLY, for every player and position on the field. They have got to bring somebody on board to make that happen.

I was just tweeting with Clint and I told him that I hope next year he can finally make controlling the DLine/DE's fun. (More control and ability to actually set moves)

Hopefully the focus for next year is 100% on defense, universal locomotion, and a re-vamp of animations. The animations need a complete overhaul and they really need to find a way to make them realistic like 2K and MLB The Show.

Yep, as I expected. A snappy marketing name and a "feature" you wont even remember in 2 years when they come out with the next snappy marketing ploy.
