Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 Ships with Roughly 20 Stadiums, No Stadium Editor or Rain

Does anyone know if and when more stadiums are going to become available thru free DLC? I'm sick of all my Master League games being played at Konami Stadium. At least give me the choice to pick what venue the games are played at. It's always blacked out and I still haven't played VS. any teams that play in other stadiums, other than in Cup games.

I absolutely love the gameplay but little things like this bug me. Give me some weather effects and more stadiums and I would be really happy.

Yes, the ability to change stadiums is key. What are they doing? Konami stadium is so boring and bland. Burn it.
