Keep in mind if you create a Player for the Pacers, you can still get fired if you do a bad job and wind up being the GM for the Bobcats or something. :/ lol.

Anyhow, I cannot wait to get this game. This is what I was really looking forward to a Franchise mode. Being the GM who can really make an impact in your team or bust a team with your mistakes.

This will keep me busy for awhile plus MyCareer, hopefully this will be an improvement from CG.

This new gm mode sounds nice and deep but for those of us who simply want to play multiple seasons with our favourite team, will there be an option to turn off all these rpg elements?
