Maybe for a couple reasons. One, being that 2K took forever to release this trailer when it was most likely supposed to be released shortly after the teaser. Then by the time the game came out, we already had our own videos to upload.

Was re-watching the trailer and noticed that they changed some of the highlights.

Here are the ones that I noticed:
-Dirk Nowitzki with black hair was removed
-Chris Paul's ugly jumper over Steve Nash was replaced with a better looking one with CP3 against Mike Conley
-Kenneth Faried's reverse dunk with his mouth open was replaced by a more realistic dunk from a different angle
-Terrence Ross dunk highlight is slightly different
