Curious about this as well. Spent 20-30 hours editing a very, very detailed roster (which included Nene) and it would be a kick in the balls not to be able to use that roster.

Does MS have a schedule for patches and such? I can't remember (been a while since I played on the 360, and I don't have XB1) but I remember the 2nd patch came out on the PS4 on a tuesday, and you said it came out on the XB1 two days later. Thursday.

Then today the patch unexpectedly comes out for the XB1 first.

Coincidence?
