Well....a little...I was only 5 then.
The '73 team I was much more keen on.

haha...I wish because I could blame that on my ignorance. I've been browsing the site since the early 2000's before signing up. I thought the farm system in the game (default roster) was all fake players with no attributes that could be paired with a real person, since they weren't part of the Union. The article talks about taking control of teams because of their prospects but they wouldn't exist in the game. They wouldn't exist until Knight and others come out with the altered name/physical appearance/attributes rosters. So I'm just questioning the relevance of the article to someone who is playing with default rosters. Unless, I'm wrong about the default rosters not having MiLB players that can be traced back to real baseball players.

Really weaker than the whitesox farm system .

Isringhausen, Pulsipher, and Wilson. lol

Isringhausen is best known for being a quality reliever, Pulsipher is best known for nothing, and Paul Wilson is best known for this...

hint: he's not the guy administering the beating!

note to self, be nice to Kyle Farnsworth

For a split second I thought someone Photoshopped a Mets jersey on Satchel Page...Valverde is looking old. I remember signing him in the MVP series, lol.

For difficulty, I don't think you need to go further than my Phillies. An old underachieving club with an exorbitant payroll and little in the way if prospects. It's going to take years for the Phil's to be anywhere near playoff caliber whereas the Cubs, Royals, Astros, Twins and even the Mets all have good young clubs primed for the future.
