Lets say like you have your 5 person team 4 dudes and a diva, one side can be blue team all blue triangle players and the other side yellow and the winning side gets those five cards depending on your tier so if you're legendary you get those 5 in legendary and so on tier by tier

I tried that once and couldn't get into it. I was actually gonna download it again or try out that Diablo 3. I just need something to play until September 9 and the competition is so bad now on battlefield 4 it really isn't fun killing people anymore.
