I have 2 questions, one I asked on page 25, but no answer.

1. Is XP just another name for VC or is it totally different and easier to earn? Does this affect you as a GM or can you earn a lot? With VC i would simulate a lot of seasons of different teams and earn a lot of VC and also I was able to buy them. Can you do this with XP?

2. The salary cap seems to be inflating at a higher rate per the AP but in the game it didn't raise much at all. Will this change? Will there be owner backlash for being in the red or unable to sign players if you are in the red?

No. You cannot. MyGM was "nextgen" only.

I'll say this much. 2K gets a lot of stuff wrong (the worst thing being letting the stability of anything online related stay bad for so long) but getting away from VC in GM mode is the right thing to do. I didn't know how bad it was until yesterday (I skipped 2K14). It's an absolute travesty to have to pay to do simple things that any GM should be able to do. I don't know if I'll play the mode, but I'm much more likely to after hearing this.

BTW is user earned VC compatible between modes? I.e. if I earn some VC in MY GM can I transfter it to My Career?
