We do that sometimes. Why? Yeah because we're 6 (3on3) or 10 (5on5) guys who want to play a private match against each other. There the matchmaking comes into play. Sometimes it's really hard to just play against your friends...

Got in some great games with two randoms today, finally might have some good guys to squad up with...just in time for me to start playing a lot less 2k with GTA coming next week.
