AI variety is just so much better than in fifa ,it s not even close, really just try the demo and you ll sse how much real and barca play differently or athletico and juve.
from a gameplay stand point and AI pes is just 10 times better.

It's fantastic. Build-up play is the best I've ever seen in a soccer game. I actually enjoy more playing against the CPU than against my longtime PES friend this year.

Thats awesome to hear

Will be getting it on PC unfortunately which is a gimped version but mods should be able to smooth things out, from what I've read the PC version shares the same gameplay.

Its just so frustrating year in year out with FIFA with the lack of team identity and player individuality.

PES has always been strong in this regard so I am pretty excited to see what its like!

I am in love...

I'm still a little worried about Konami breaking the game with some weird patch but so far... oh man does it play well.

Graphically it sucks compared to FIFA (some faces look amazing though) but that's not why we play PES.

Gonna do as much editing as I can and then start a BAL and then a ML with a La Liga team probably.

I just held the ball in my own end and literally stood still and NO defenders even came to pressure me for a full 3 minutes. Finally they pressured me in the final minute of stoppage time. Konami should fix the sense of urgency logic in that regard.

On another note, my pc version is now downloading. I hope it ain't as bad as alot of people are making it out to be.
I've also seen that, lol. A couple other things I've seen, though not as frustrating:

- Playing Become a Legend, an AI teammate got the ball, was NOWHERE NEAR an opposing player and just started doing crazy fast stepovers for what seemed like absolutely no reason, lol. I've seen that a few times.

- Again in BaL, I was covering the man I should have been, and the opposing team literally passed it around the D-line for almost an entire half. No penetration passes were made until I left my man alone. Weird.

Had the goalkeeper throw the ball directly to me...twice in a row. First time I was caught off guard, with my player standing just off the box in front of the keeper. I hit a quick shot but it was right at him.

I positioned myself the same again, between the gk and a player he might possibly want to distribute to... Gk threw it right at me again! This time I tried to round him and get an easy goal. Admittedly I screwed that up too... But very weird to see this happen twice in a row.

Messed with the demo and absolutely love the pace of the game (I am a soccer noob).

I play with one of my brothers and we love the online co op seasons in FIFA...I assume there is nothing like that in PES?

Thanks in advance.
