Given the fact that it is almost 4PM on a Friday, and Sony doesn't roll out Patches on a Saturday or Sunday, I guess that the patch will be out on Monday the earliest. And even that is highly unlikely as a lot of people don't work mondays.

Well at this point I wonder if we'll ever see the patch... what a joke.

What I don't understand is why 2k is keeping silent, if they really sent the patch it would be enough to release a press note stating so then you upload it to Twitter and you put all the pressure back to Sony...

This confirmed me that you have no clue what you're talking about.
But I'll help you, the patch is available on PS4 ONLY for American players, the rest of the world hasn't received the patch yet.
