Did they ever fix the blunder known as Broxton's 99 speed rating?

They did use the faces of OSFM in this weeks update. I know for sure Bryant's face is OSFM and Tim Beckham and Matt Andriese faces are also from OSFM.

Also Jason Marquis of the Reds has a 79 mph sinker, which I don't think is intentional since his 4-seam is 87 mph.

Fix it? The scale only goes up to 99, man so I'm not sure what you want from these people.
